I've read very few heroines with resolve as strong as Remy. Watching how everyone she came in contact with was so drawn to her strength, including a rock star and a lion. I love how Harlow sums it up with figuring the only place she really is safe is with Remy. I loved How she makes the hard decisions even when they aren't the popular ones to keep everyone she can alive.

I think she was my favourite. You just knew that when you read something coming up she was going to be the one they all looked to to save them and she always came through. In her mind all she wanted to do was reach her brother, but she couldn't hide the bond she had with the 3 people with her and that she would almost do anything to make sure they were safe. In other words she was a machine lol!

I like her a lot! I appreciated that she was strong and didn't hesitate in times of crisis. I also like her strong connection with her brother, it makes her so sweet!

I really love Remy! I love that she's so strong, you don't find that often in a lead female character. Most leads have some kind of weakness or somethin that holds them back. I couldn't find anything like that from Remy. She's strong all the way around. In fact, at times, I thought she was *too* strong, and should "let her hair down" every once in awhile. She was carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders and she had 3 other people willing to help, but she refused to let them! It drove me crazy, lol! But all in all, I loved her, and can't blame her for going to the measures she went to to find her little bro.

She was so incredibly tough...you can't help but love her. At the same time, my heart just broke for her esp. at the beginning when she had to leave ??? (I can't remember his name...the soldier...) and didn't have time to even mourn him at all. She knew that survival is the absolute most important thing and will do anything to make sure that they all survive. Like Amy, I love that Harlow recognizes that about her. She is a fantastic heroine!!!

Remy was my favorite too... she was smart, a thinker on her feet, and seemed to make all the right decisions. I loved that nothing really held her back.. when she wanted to do something, she found a way. I think she was my favorite because I can relate to her...many times falling into the leader role, taking it all on myself and getting the goal accomplished. Amanda Hocking did a fabulous job of creating just the right heroine for this book.
