Time for a new discussion day...

...but I am out of ideas this morning and too lazy to go find my book.

So, today's discussion is a free-for-all.

What did you really like about the book?
Was there anything you hated?
Did anyone figure out all of the goodbye tweets and which shows they were all from?

Discuss whatever you want about the book....

I loved the characters and how clever they were. I didn't love their "dates" that seemed so cheesy but I didn't hate them either.

I didn't get most of the goodbye tweets, even on the shows I watch they had to make it very clear before I got it. I don't know why.

I want to go through the goodbye tweets and actually list them all out and figure them all out. I did just buy season's 2-3 of Veronica Mars....couldn't find season 1 because of this book and you girls! ;o)

Hey Christi...Season one is on instant play on Netflix right now...but it's also here on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Veronica-Mars-Complete-First-Season/dp/B000A59PMO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298506849&sr=8-1
I still need to finish season 1 I had to stop around episode 10 and I haven't had time to go back to it yet :) I really liked Marc and Abby and how witty they were...I really enjoyed the "what are you wearing?" and the responses every time and the goodbye tweets. At first I thought the "date" scenes were kind of cheesy too, but then I don't know I guess I kind of changed my mind later.

I got about half of their goodnight tweets. I must confess that I have never seen Veronica Mars, but now you girls have me wanting to check it out!

I think my favorite part of the book was their witty banter, especially the "what are you wearing" tweets. I wasn't big on their "date tweets," but I am not really sure how that could have been written any differently. At least those dates helped the relationship move forward, kwim?

Okay...off to check out Veronica Mars!

I 'got' most of the good-bye tweets... and loved them. It was just a cute way to end each chapter or conversation between them.
Loved their snappy comebacks and witty one liners...this style of writing made it so easy to read. I appreciate witty on the spot antics... so this book had me amused the entire time.
